Simon and Seafort's Brandy Ice

Ingredients:
1-1/2 C. good vanilla ice cream
2 Tbsp. brandy
2 tsp. Kahlua
2 tsp. dark crème de cacao

Preparation:
Combine the ice cream, brandy, Kahlua and crème de cacao in a milkshake can or blender jar, and whip at medium speed until smooth but still very thick. Serve in tall glasses. Makes 2 servings.
